I'd have to say that KE is in a class by itself. The far and away worst airline I've ever flown. Food to die for (or shall I say it may kill you), the worst seat pitch, robotic mummy-like flight attendants in nice spaceage uniforms, and a complete lack of information about what it happening. We made the mistake of trying them again last year from LAX-ICN. It will definitely be the last time.
