Just got back yeesterday. We got upgraded to a nice Junior Suite. At check-in, I mentioned the email and suggested they address this issue, as their employees did not know well enough about the programme. The very nice check in person, Elizabeth, promised to look into this.
Otherwise, a wonderful hotel, great rooms, very nice and curteous service, high quality of room bedding etc. The bar is nice, as well.
