I don't really fly United 1st since I am not status, but likely do fly American first since I am platinum. So maybe it is unfair to say United is terrible since I haven't flown first. But I do feel American coach vs. United coach to Hawaii is better. Jut my opinion especially since coach is coach.
BTW, United has 5 flights from LAX to KOA a day??
