Actually, you don't need a key. You just drive in/out [I'm there every week or two.]
But the hotel does have problems: Hot water is hit or miss, often miss. The air conditioning often doesn't work.
Good points: Great staff, very responsive. As weird as the Regency Club is (it's a fenced off area just off the lobby), the folks who work there are really great. But the food is pretty minimal.
