What kind of food allowed on domestic U.S.A. flights?

I can't find any threads about this -- sorry if it's been discussed.

What kinds of food is allowed through domestic security at this point? Is a tuna sandwich out, because it contains "mayonaisse gel"? Is mustard on a sandwich prohibited?

I've got a longer flight coming up, and I'll usually grab something airside to take on board. What can I take (I assume soup is right out, as is Jello).
