If I were in your feet I would anyway check if it's any later flight to your final destination leaving from MXP.
I don't know which route goes the bus, but Milano freeway can get very busy at certain peak times.
the two airports are 50 miles far from each other and I guess it would take around one hour with no traffic.
If you have a three hour connection time, I think you are really tight.
Than it depends if you're checking baggages or just travelling with a carry-on.

Well, I’m arriving at 10:15 AM at LIN and my connecting flight is departing at 13:45 PM from MXP to LIS. Hopefully there won't be any traffic-congestions on the freeway. And I was planning on checking baggages....so probably only carry-on right?
