I've been told by my pharmacist that quinilone antibiotics taken once every 24 hours shouldn't be moved up earlier than 2 or 3 hours.....this may apply to other medications as well. Also, I've found it easier to keep track of the times you take your pills if you don't change your watch until sometime later in the day on which you arrive.
