For all those interested in true-blue Singaporean hawker food -- well, almost true blue -- here are the directions:
At Changi Airport Terminal 1
The food court is at the Basement, one level below the Arrival Level. Go to the side of the Arrival Hall where Burger King is. Walk towards the lavatories, then turn right and exit the building. You'll see a flight of stairs leading down to the Basement, where you will see two food courts, a Muslim one on the left, and a non-Muslim one on the right.
At Changi Airport Terminal 2
Exit the terminal near Row 12 (the SQ/MH Shuttle counters), and into the Multi-Storey Car Park. Look for signs leading to the food court, which is located on Level 3M, IIRC. Take note that there are two lifts there. One will bring you up and down the main terminal building only. The other serves the Car Park building, where the Food Court is located.
Note that both food courts operate till about 8:30pm or so daily. Have fun!
