Where's the best buffet in Washington, DC area?(MD/DC/VA)


Based on quality, not quantity/price.
Budget is no more than $100/person, for a party of 8.


I read in the Washington Post a couple of years ago
about a large hotel in DC or No. VA that had a brunch
buffet. It included all-you-can eat Russian caviar
for $75/person. Does anybody know which hotel it was?
