Looks like more SNN-SFO direct flights have inflitrated the schedule -- my late November flights got hit with it today, landing me in the back of the bus.

Agent #1: Thought she had put be back up front, but instead the reservation deteriorated further, with my BOS-SFO upgrade request revoked.

Agent #2: Simply couldn't understand the problem -- I spent a while explaining that SNN-SFO isn't a nonstop flight before thanking her and hanging up.

Agent #3: Helpful! Understood the issue after a bit of explanation, and changed my domestic routing so that I wasn't on the BOS-SFO flight anymore.

So, the old FT maxim holds -- hang up and try again...
