Unfortunately, no stacked discounts in the manner you are referring to.
Occasionally, you may be able to combine a discounted rate (like AAA) with a discount code (like H431). This is rare however (don't bother with H431, it expired long ago but was an example of a stackable discount code). You will see on
Amtrak's website: "Please note that promotion codes may usually only used to discount standard fares. Typically, they may not be combined with other passenger discounts"
