I need preferred phone number - can someone help?
I'm a UA 1k and my dad is a US Air Chairman Preferred and I'm trying to book some tickets for him. When I call the regular US Air number they connect me to the international award desk but it says they have too many calls and it hangs me up!! Does anyone have a number I can call to speak with an actual human being?? My dad is out of town so I can't find the number on his card. Can anyone PM me the number?
