3 ACTUAL LOCAL SERVER TIME IS 17:09, DOWN SINCE 13:23, DOWN FOR 300 MINUTES
4 I.E. DOWN FOR THE NEXT 1 HOURS 14 MINUTES, LENGTH OF NEXT UP TIME PERIOD IS 120 MINUTES
