I don't see any issue with this at all. There is no agreeing to a plan and then midstream complaining about what you agreed to. If AMEX allows the above to transpire for consumers, then that's AMEX's decision. Can anyone out there confirm that AMEX has indeed allowed customers to cancel and reapply weeks or short months later? Interesting....
