What is your Priority Club status?
Platinum

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
in the past as a regular ok, now not anymore, will move to other group Hotel where they value frequent and loyal guests more

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
standard room, no upgrade (in the past always received an upgrade)

How are the rooms?
standard room are pretty mediocre and old

How is the exec. lounge?
no Access given

What was good and what was bad?
I was not even given a fruit basket and a welcome drink. As a loyal PLATINUM member for over 15 years i was treated worse then the one time group Tourist, who books through a travel agency at probably 20% of my IHG online rate
the only good thing is that I do not have to return to this property!

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
miserable and NO!
