What is your Priority Club status?
Spire

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
It was fairly average.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked a standard room at avg £160/night, received no upgrade. Over 3 stays, I have received an upgrade only once.

How are the rooms?
The standard rooms are in dire need of a refurbishment. I have stayed in an Executive Room on a previous stay and they have clearly been refurbished recently and are much better.

How is the exec. lounge?
None at this property.

What was good and what was bad?
The location is great – in Fitzrovia and easily walkable to most of Central London.
The hotel is very tired throughout, not just the rooms.
There was a fire alarm on the second night of the stay.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Compared to other Central London IHG properties in London this week, the pricing was reasonable. However, aside from the location, there is little reason to stay at this hotel if you are booked into a standard room.
