As for the telephone game, I'm told everything FIRST HAND from the PAX. One of the witnesses even commented to the PAX "are we going to see you on the news tonight?"

2- the pilot was correct you arent allowed to film or take a pic of the crew, and from the tone of the call the FA probably thought the passenger was going to be commenting the whole flight, which from the OPs post sounds like they would have been, dont blame the FA for ceasing the moment

So OP please report back exactly how the passenger placed their carry-on into the bin, my gut tells me they were taking up alot more room then they had to
She had priority boarding, she placed her luggage ABOVE her head, but indeed wheels into the bin. She placed it above her head but in the middle of the overhead bin, but again no luggage from ANYONE at that point. The FA told the PAX "Push it to the back." PAX asked her "why?" Again the PAX wanted the luggage above her head. The FA didn't say anything, and then threw the luggage to the end of the overhead bin. The FA did NOT I repeat did not change the orientation of the wheels, the luggage, or any of that. The FA never gave the PAX a reason for moving the luggage, either other than wanting it in the "back". It wasn't for wheels, as I said, because the FA moved it still with the wheels in. Like I said, at that point it was completely empty. All she did was basically throw the luggage from above where the PAX was sitting to the other side of the overhead bin. (There were NO luggage currently in the bin at that moment, again due to her being on the plane very early)

As for filming, that didn't occur. The PAX NEVER got the opportunity to take a photo or film. As I said, she was on the phone with the family member. When the pilot grabbed the phone, the call got hung-up on. She never actually started filming any of it. I want to make that clear, he GRABBED the phone out of her hands, he didn't ask for it, she wasn't filming, she was still on the call when he physically GRABBED it from her in the cockpit. The captain took her phone. There was another pilot in the cockpit when this happened.

That didn't happen. The PAX didn't say a word to the FA. The PAX after seeing the treatment of the luggage, called a family member on her phone. The family member told the PAX to get the name and info on the FA. The FA overheard the phone call, and then told the PAX "I'm kicking you off the flight." Then she went and talked to another FA. Then she spoke with the captain, then they disbanded. Then another Delta rep came but wasn't from on the plane. She was the one who told the PAX "you have to get off the plane." She wore a red vest. She told the PAX "she was violating some FAA boarding law." But the PAX didn't understand what she was saying. Then the PAX asked to speak to the captain. The Delta Rep said "When you get off the plane, you can talk to someone." "Grab your belongings, and get off the plane." "For the final time, I'm asking you to grab your belongings and exit the plane." The PAX didn't get off, and then the lady in the red vest then walked away talking into her headset.

The PAX was crying and scared. She isn't the type to stand-up for herself and talk back. I hate saying that, but that's just who she is.

I'm not going to disprove you, since I really have no way to. But I assure you this happened. Again, I gave you the flight info. You can check on it. I told you there was an over hour delay because of the incident. If this is BS, then why would I post why the delay occurred. Plus, I'm sure there are those that can research the cause of the delay on the flight.

Just a lot missing (and not surprising---this is like the telephone game where someone posts on what they hear what happened from someone else). Why would an FA say they were going to get a pax kicked off a plane for just speaking on the phone? Were the doors closed by this point?

Also the part where the story says the Pilot deferred to the FA is odd. And than the FA was changed after allowing your friend to stay on board? It all just seems....odd.
No the door were NOT closed. As I stated, she had priority boarding. She was one of the early boarders.

The Red Vest lady told the PAX she could speak to the captain. The Captain told the PAX "He wasn't there, but he heard from the FA and what happened. The FA told the pilot "the PAX gave her lip." Which the witnesses have corroborated did not happen. Then the FA told pilot "she didn't want to work the flight because the PAX would continue to give her lip."

------

For those asking about my previous posts, the family contacted me because they knew I had been on the flyer talk boards. Nobody will believe me, but I assure you it's all coincidental the posts I made about the incidents versus what happened today. Like I said, those who do not believe me, I can't change your mind. But this really happened. And for those who still don't believe me, the name of the FA was "Tanya."

Finally the reason the PAX got to stay. He said to her "the deal he could make with her is if she promised that nothing would happen on the flight, she could stay. But if, any of the FAs notice anything, he would land immediately, and police would be waiting for her on the ground."
