You're correct, but the message I was replying to said:
"The only
credit card points that count towards CP are points earned on purchases or signup bonuses on a Southwest credit card"
Which could easily be construed as "the only way go get CPQP with a credit card is through the RR Chase cards", especially by someone already confused by the UR to RR conversions. I was simply stating that you can still earn CPQP with a credit card through the shopping portal or the dining options.
