JFK-EU Wednesday Departures ~$2,000 J, Most Airlines
If you can fly outbound from JFK on a Wednesday and return Sunday or later, you can find some great J fares throughout Europe. I was checking BA/AA but they are available across alliances.
Fares look like good from July through End of Schedule.
