Mother's Day halved !
May 14th: AB8622 DUS-GVA cancelled due to mechanical problems.
Rebooked on LH007 via FRA.
Then LH1218 FRA-DUS delayed.
Actual arrival time @ GVA > 4 hrs.
Should I first claim via direct registered mail and then proceed when no satisfactory offer (or no response) and only then move to a professional service ?
