Chicken on rice; tasty enough but the presentation was not very pretty. More of a carrot-based slaw this time. The chicken had a slightly Asian vibe; maybe some coconut milk in there somewhere I'd guess.
Dessert was a lemon/coconut tart. Probably the best part of the meal. They use the same small tray/saucer (with a doily) as is used underneath a coffee mug on international flights.
Much less impressive service on this flight; seems like the larger aircraft result in disjointed, impersonal service. After lunch the crew went MIA. But the flat seat was a treat on a domestic flight and I had a nice nap.
