I'm afraid there is no lounge provision for BA, indeed no obvious place for one in the C concourse. Passengers are given a US$28 refreshment voucher, which can be used in any concession landside or airside. I've put a mention in the North America Lounge directory, which is in this forum's Dashboard. I'll put more information here:
