You don't need to make assumptions. A citizen reported "disturbing images" and law enforcement investigated.
Not all investigations turn into arrests, prosecutions, and convictions.
I object to the citizen not being held accountable to defend their concerns/paranoia and for the cop demonstrating poor judgment using this unsubstantiated "concern" as a reason to detain, interrogate and arrest. A couple of paranoid citizens and pitbull cops being financially ruined would go a long way to restoring common sense and humility in our society.
