To complete my review of the Novotel Beijing Peace hotel, here is the section about the lounge:
-Executive lounge on 19th floor, with a view over the forbidden city
-Breakfast: with cooked and cold options
-Happy hour for 2 hours: cooked and cold food, alcohol
-Soft/hot drinks offered outside of breakfast and happy hour
-No information about lounge written on welcome letter
-Food offering was different both mornings for breakfast, which was a nice surprise

Yogurts and milk options
Cereals, dried fruit and fresh fruit
More fruit and freshly pressed fruit juices (different fresh fruit juice options on both mornings)
Fish, sushi, salad options, dried meats, cheese.
Cheese, pastries and bread
Bacon and tomatoes
Congee and dumplings
Hot options on the first morning, all of these were different the next morning.

Self service spirits
White wine and Rose wine
Coffee machine, teas and red wines
There were never more than a few guests when we were there and there were plenty of seating options. The staff was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the lounge here.
