I am sorry, I don't have experience in kaiseki preparations, I am more of a ramen connoisseur.

looked very good ex-DOH and ex-HND but in both cases small (for my body weight).
Japanese passengers seemed to prefer it and didn't left much behind so I suppose it was tasty.
