There were a few other issues with this stay, but they did have Diamond/Gold breakfast vouchers pre-printed at the FD for the evening's check-ins. We went out for breakfast and intended to use the voucher for grab-and-go items before hitting the road.
Unfortunately, nobody told us (nor was it written anywhere on the voucher), that the $10 is only valid on certain items - basically just brewed coffee and Starbucks pastries. No packaged items, bottled drinks...not even an orange juice. So...voucher went unused that day. Oh well.
