Ive just asked our host who said all that has been done is the floors, nothing else.
The beach villas were redesigned and renovated, but the SWV were refreshed/refurbished while keeping the same design. They spent about 4 days working on one villa during my stay doing construction inside the villa, on the deck, and around the exterior.
