My last two rent payments have coded as Utilities (1x). Previously coded as Real Estate (3x).
This coincided with my landlord joining Plastiq's vendor program, i.e. having the funds direct deposit to her account instead of mailing a check. You'd think that would cost less all around, but nooo. I also lost my 1.85% promo rate and started paying 2%. Ick.
