Hilton Grand Place Brussels:
Breakfast was given to me in the lounge. The lounge is a small room behind the bar in the lobby. Lounge is open for breakfast from 6-9 AM. They have pastries, yogurt, coffee and juice. The lounge is fairly small but was never crowded when I was there.
