Choices were offered as quinoa oatmeal or quiche. Mom had the quinoa oatmeal, pictured a few times elsewhere in this thread; it also came with a cup of yogurt.

I am not a Real Man so I had the quiche, which as you can see below was a whole round mini-quiche just as in post 253. Sample size too small but maybe it's a domestic vs. international thing.

and consider it a definite step up from the omelettes. The FA did not mention the cheese or the sausage inside it, which is fine by me, but others might care so FYI.
