Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes.
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked on points, received upgrade to King View room on the 18th floor (Premium Floor).
How are the rooms?
Rather small. King bed, sofa and the typical long working desk at the wall. Rather small bath room with shower in bath tub.
How is the exec. lounge?
Instead of club you can go for evening cocktails to the bar, but I did not have time to check that out.
What was good and what was bad?
-Good- Nice upgrade on points stay.
- Just a two minute walk to Shinkansen railway station and easy to access from the station.
- Electrical consent with two USB ports for loading beside the bed.
Bad- If room key card is not in its slot, the aircondition does not work. (I always travel with a spare standard room key, therefore no real problem.)
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
