About as average as HI gets. Blah decor. 3.5m wide x 9m deep. Fridge & microwave.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A.

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
-Awesome bed
-Large hot tub
-2 minutes off HWY 400

Bad:
-No HD channels in 2016
-Hotel is rather drab & dated
-No suites, not ideal for a long-term stay

Value for $ or IHG Rewards Club Points? Would you return?
Rates are a bit on the high side for a remote area, but roughly 50 - 60% the cost of HI properties in downtown Toronto.
