Changes to RT return leg on pre-Oct 6th
I'm currently in the middle of my award RT itinerary in business class that was booked in July. I'm trying to change the TATL LH segment to FIRST class (award seats are available) but the agent mentioned that such changes are no longer possible. I mentioned that my ticket was booked prior to these changes taking effect but that didn't help any at all. Is this a HUACA situation or am I just SOL?
