No, I don't think the word "all" was used at that presentation. The language was actually ambiguous. While a cynic might wonder whether that was done so as to leave room for BA to do "all" or "some" but not decide that until later, some number crunching done here by others showed that "all" would have such a dramatic consequence on the seating mix on the long-haul fleet that it wasn't actually very plausible.
