30-year old 757 N901AW is flying AA1976 PHX-CLT right now, with no further flights listed.
Tomorrow, 20 AA MD-80s are being ferried from outstations to Roswell, NM for retirement/storage corresponding to the schedule change. I suspect N901AW is doing the same after today's flight to CLT. I don't know where AA is storing 757s, but its not necessarily Roswell.
