My first positive contribution. I went to Korea recently and purchased Korean Airlines ticket through a local travel agent. I received $250 in credit from Citi (posted on same statement when the charge was made). Since it was a $2k ticket, the one thing I'm not sure of was whether or not part of the charges were coded as international taxes and paid to the airline or not.
