Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? We booked a superior room and were upgraded to a deluxe room on 15th floor.

How are the rooms? Clean and modern. We had an extra bed for my son and there was still plenty of room. There was a long sofa by the window and a Nespresso machine.

How is the exec. lounge? N/A

What was good and what was bad? Bathroom was dark and the shower was in the bath but there was a bidet. The wardrobe and drawers were in a separate dressing area between the bathroom and bedroom so the area felt spacious even with three of us. There was water in the room when we arrived. Half an hour later a bowl of apricots was delivered along with a bottle each of still and sparkling water plus our welcome gift of a jar of raspberry conserve.
