Yeah, sorry to say, that's my gut reaction (very much appreciate where you're coming from! ) **Needless to say** some high-revenue customers will quite possibly not have the same (or even somewhat opposite) reaction. But my take on it is it's worse than expected for most members/most here and more "comprehensive" than I personally expected.
