Our two course menu comprises a social platter to share to start off and they will bring these out shortly after our arrival so need for them to take our orders.
Starters to share:
* A selection of Australian raw and cured fish
* Coconut tempura prawns, basil, orange marmalade
* Baked pork belly, caramelized apple
* Gnocchi, kipfler potato, polenta, pumpkin, blue cheese garlic cream custard
Choice of Mains
* Market fresh fish of the day served with Chef's choice of sides
* Free range chicken breast involtini, prosciutto, Maffra cheddar, pumpkin puree
* Cape Byron char grilled bbeef tenderloin, sweet potato puree, mushrooms, red wine jus
* Mushroom and asparagus risotto and truffle oil and pecorino
Directions from the Hilton Surfers Paradise to Seascape Restaurant
On exiting the Hilton in Orchid Avenue cross the road and just to the right you will see an arcade. It's a couple of shops to the left of the 7Eleven store and a burger shop.
Walk to the end of the arcade then on exiting turn right towards the Cavill Mall then turn left as though heading to the beach.
On the left hand side you will see the sign for Seascape and you take the escalators up one floor. You will see the Hurricane Bar and Grill but you turn right to get to Seascape.
It's really a 180 degree turn when you get to the top of the escalators.

As there are markets along the foreshore on a Friday evening if you're coming from the beach, Seascape is directly above a KFC so when you enter the arcade you'll be turning right when you see the Seascape sign and heading up to the escalators to the restaurant.
For those staying elsewhere and taking the light rail tram aka riding the 'G' when you get off the tram at the Cavill Avenue stop head down the Cavill Mall towards the beach then turn left at McDonalds onto The Esplande then KFC will be on your left then once in the arcade turn right and take the escalator up one level.
