You could go through transit security in T3, use the lounge to get cleaned up, and then exit through transit security to clear immigration and walk over to T2. If you've got an Amex Platinum, there's the bradesco lounge on the domestic side of T2 (head right instead of left after clearing security).
Is this confirmed to be possible? As I mentioned, I have a ~9 hour layover. I was thinking of heading to the AC/other lounge to shower and freshen up, and then exit via immigration to try a churrascaria or something. If this plan is feasible, that sounds great!
