Mailed in 94 entries for myself on 1/25. Mailed in 94 entries for my spouse on 1/26. Spouse received 91 prize emails and I received 21 prize emails on 2/3.
I made the mistake of reading the T & Cs after I sent all 188 entries. I put down the SAME email address for all 188 entries which is a violation of the T & Cs.
I emailed them on 1/26 to see how to resolve my error.
HW Response #1 :1/27 "Unfortunately, the 94 mail-ins will not count for your spouse since you used the same email address. You or your spouse will need to mail-in entries with a different email address in order to participate."
HW Response #2 :1/27 "We cannot make any promises, however, please reply to this email and provide your spouses email address and we will continue to look into this matter."
HW Response #3 :1/29 "Your Member ID is the unique identifier. As long as both of your Member ID's were provided on your mail-ins you both should be receiving entries and plays for the total of entries mailed in."
