What matters is whose flight number you booked, not which airline operated the flight or which airline issued the ticket.
If you bought an MH flight number and you were booked in I class, then I don't think you should expect to get any credit. You ought to get credit if the booking class is listed on
this page (for MH) (reached from
this page). But if it's not listed, then it doesn't earn.
