Don't get me wrong, I get it. Somebody could apply for a card in someone's name and have it forwarded to them otherwise. I'm just weirded out that the credit line is less than when approved and the approval notice doesn't mention the bonus, which to my knowledge has not been an issue when applying for a World MC after a previous card had been converted to a World Elite. I guess we'll see when I get my new card, activate it, and check out the spending tracker. I'm not optimistic, though...
