No, not all of Starwood. Those participating in Asia Pacific have been giving 250 Starpoints since the pilot there was completed. Now that the pilot has been completed in Latin America, they have decided to go the same route. North America and EAME remain unchanged.
Also, Rio did not allow more than 3 days without cleaning.
Yes, that is the norm in LAD.
