Funny this came up just now as sometime in the last, say 1-4 months, this was added for TN:

Air Tahiti Nui Flights operated by Air New Zealand in the PPT to/from AKL market are valid for redemption when booked as TN flight number.
Not a single other market or codeshare/affiliate is mentioned for TN except that one!
