I just got back from a conference in Germany, so I thought I'd share the November 2015 menus for JFK-FRA and FRA-JFK. I'll admit, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Blue Smoke items. I live near the restaurant and visit from time to time, but I was a bit skeptical about how well it would translate to airline fare, but I needn't have worried. The food on the return flight was less interesting, but still pretty decent.
