I went back this afternoon to explore a bit more. Here are some panoramic photos of the room:

To get to the lounge you go into the branch, turn into the Citi Gold/Private Wealth Management reception area, and then go upstairs one floor (elevator or stairs). Upstairs there is a lounge with a variety of seating options and an extremely large selection of coffee table books. The safe deposit box room is also just off of the lounge, although I didn't explore in there.
At one end is a conference room and at the other end is a smaller loungey looking room where a woman was sitting by herself with the (glass) door closed so I didn't intrude. There's a fancy looking coffee machine but it wasn't clear how one goes about using it. The guy in the suit in the photo was showing the other guy around and I overheard him say something about how bankers can make you coffee and there will sometimes be pastries, but I didn't catch the whole spiel and was in a hurry to get back to work.
