This is definitely a bulk ticket.

If you look at the fare calculation "M/BT" gives the clue.

If it was a non-bulk ticket, the fare calculation would have looked something like below (amounts are made up):

CHI UA BJS M2500.00 UA CHI M2500.00 NUC5000.00 END ROE1.00 UA XFORD4.5
