Get an AMEX Platinum with 100K mile bonus. Basically cover the fee with the two $200 credits in the first 12 months of membership + the 100K bonus.
Get SkyClub and AMEX Centurion Lounge access + some Priority Pass Lounges.
Problem solved for at least 12 months, when you revisit the AMEX Platinum annual fee.
