Which room did you book and received?
Booked standard room (paid) for 9 nights, and got upgraded to executive suite (2500) on 25th floor without club access.
Note: the normal upgrade for RA at this hotel is either club room or Junior suite without club access,which is better layout than executive suite for couples or solo traveler, however I needed a separate living room this time.
How is the room?
Around 65sqm, separate living room, 2 full bathroom, 2 balconies.

N/A

Good

Both, as the reward night at 25k.

In the last 3 stays in different IC's, I've been asked politely upon checkout to submit a positive review at their website. I had also a phone call from a duty manager (IC Madinah in Saudi Arabia), requesting me to put a specific note on their weakness area!! saying: we are facing a pressure from UK and would appreciate your assistance!
